We excited to announce a new 6 week program for seniors – TAI CHI FOR HEALTH. It will be specifically focused on health aspect of the Thai Chi practice for better balance of mind and body with smooth and even movements that helps to release physical and emotional stress.
we will start with a course of 6 weeks, one class per week during which our instructor will teach 24 movements Yang Style Form.
Starting date; Friday April 28th, for 6 weeks.

Jas Faber
Jas has studied Yang Family Tai Chi with
Sifu Guerman Atanassov since February 2016. He received his instructor certification from Hsu Fun Yuen Tai Chi Academy in October of 1994. He leads senior classes for Yang Family Tai Chi.
